The person who posted the job must add additional personnel to be able to view the job.
To add personnel when posting a job:
- In the “recruiting actions” section (near the bottom) under “recruiters,” click on the box next to the person(s) you want to add to the job; here, you may still have to “add recruiter not in the list”
To add personnel to a job already posted:
- Click “recruiters” beneath the job(s) you need to add more people to
- Either check the box next to their name OR if you do not see the person you want to add, click “add recruiter not in the list,” type in their e-mail, click “add” and then check the box next to their name.
